Liner profiles
Coverworld's lining panels are available with a standard coating of bright-white lining enamel to the interior. Lengths of up to 6000mm can be supplied.
Span Capabilities
In roofing conditions, the span capabilities of the lining panels are largely dependent on the weight of the insulation they are required to support. In normal situations double spanning capabilities of up to 2 metres can be achieved.
Double Skin System
The lining sheet can be used in conjunction with Coverworld roof and wall panels, insulation and spacers to provide a double skin cladding system.
Acoustics
To meet the increasing demand for noise reduction in factories and public buildings, Coverworld lining sheets can be supplied for specialised acoustic applications with perforations in the flat sections and V's of the profile rib.
Perforated lining panels achieve a high degree of acoustic absorbency in comparison with the reflective surface of the plain metal sheeting.
Curves
Coverworld CL20 can also be curved for use with curved outer sheets manufactured in profiles CR32 and CR34.

32 / 1000 LN
This suite of profiles has been developed especially for use as a roof lining panel for applications where structural integrity is essential prior to fixing the outer skin. Available as standard in a white polyester finish on a substrate of either Galvanised Steel or Aluzinc, 0.70mm thickness. Other paint systems available subject to enquiry.
The standard profile, 32/1000LS is shown with swages in the trough of the profile. For use with certain standing seam systems the profile can be rolled without swages to avoid interference with the halters, 32/1000LN. Both versions can be curved if required.

Product Tested : COVERWORLD 32 0.70mm Steel White Liner

The tests were carried out using a test rig and impactor which complied with details in the standard. The construction was tested without seals, because they are likely to give a varying benefit depending on weather conditions, (dampness), during assembly. Testing without should give an additional factor of safety in the result.
An SFS Fastner reference SDL3-L12-T15 5.5x25 was used.
